- we accept Visa and MasterCard.
- for security reasons, your billing name & address must match that
of the credit card used for payment.
- all purchases
made at papage.com are passed through a secure server
so your credit card info is protected.
- clutch orders
are usually shipped within 3 days unless noted and
pillows are made to order, allow 4-6 weeks
for delivery.
- we ship Monday-Friday, any orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the
following Monday.
- shipping:
- all orders are shipped through UPS or Fedex and take 4-5 business days
for delivery.
- please note: UPS does not deliver to PO
Boxes and we currently are unable to ship to Alaska,
Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- return policy:
- please let us know immediately any items
damaged upon recipt and we will replace or issue
a credit.
returns for credit (less shipping) are accepted within
10 days of purchase and must include a copy of the
order. without exception, we do not accept returns
on used items.
if you need to return merchandise, please call 877.382.9506
between 9am and 4pm or email at customerservice@papage.com prior
to return for a return authorization RA. once we
approve your request, you may send us the unopened
and unused merchandise and your RA. when we receive
your return, we will then credit the original credit
card used for purchase minus shipping
costs.
